Breakfast

Here is what Dimples and The Present have been having for breakfast or snacks lately - YUM!

Smoothies in the bullet (I love this thing!)
Frozen fruit like strawberries, blueberries or peaches
1 banana
1 T flaxseed
1T honey
1/2 Cup non-fat Greek yogurt
apple or orange juice - whatever we have

The Greek yogurt makes it creamy and adds protein.  They are so delicious and the kids love them!
